| Two of the main aims of Grace Community Church are to 'equip its members for ministry' and 'empower them for mission'. We believe that in the light of the Lord Jesus Christ's great commission to His church in Matthew 28:18-20, all who believe and trust in Him are necessarily involved in mission wherever they live and work. Through our Missionary Support team, however, we support, by prayer and financial assistance, members of the Church who work in a full-time capacity for the Lord, for long or short term projects such as church planters, evangelists, mission school teachers, carers and the like. We have also 'adopted' others involved in full-time mission work who have been commissioned by other fellowships, but have a close association with Grace Community Church. |
